CSL vs vrs/gt carbon grille

I was wondering if people could provide pics of their examples of carbon grille. I wanted the CSL style but that weird gap between the middle bar and edge that isn't on the other grilles realllly bothers me. I think it's more bearable in gloss black but given my cap had carbon exterior package and will have a carbon lip I don't want to throw it off w a black grille. I was wondering if people could provide comprehensive pics of their grille setup as this is bugging me and of course will help others. I still really love the overall design of the CSL grill and part of the reason I didn't option the acc on my car because the CSL grill looks so nice w out it

The CSL grill is 1 piece grill installed from inside the bumper just like OEM black grill hence you can see all the gap / holes / fins etc...

The GT grill installed outside the bumper and has 2 separate pieces.

Finally a CF CSL grill with the proper emblem indent!

I ordered the gloss black version instead since I have no other CF on the car except the roof.

I have no clue. A local Swiss company sourced it for me from a manufacturer abroad.

I reused the one on my original grill. They are tough to source elsewhere because the same logo comes in several different sizes and many of the suppliers don't differentiate by size. You might as well use what you have.

A little further info: There are 3 separate pieces to the logo. ///M - 4 - competition. Due to the mounting space on the CSL grill being shorter in height you cannot mount them in the over and under configuration found on the stock grill. You will have to mount them linearly as shown. To make this fit you will have to trim off the short line or dash on the competition piece. A lite touch up with sandpaper, and you will never know it was there. Attach everything with thin adhesive double sided tape. This applies to all CSL grills regardless of who makes them.

I ordered mine from China from Dongasi. It was 288.00 shipped to .y door in 7 days. I like it because it doesn't have a place for the badge and gloss black. Definitely a cleaner look. Hopefully have it installed this week but I'm waiting on the lower guard to come in.

Good price! I got a carbon grill from Xxii tuning. Looks nice but has thin slot for emblem. Will go well with carbon splitter and ducts and side skirts. Haven't got the car yet lol

Grill emblem is same as breather emblems. If you have to, just buy a breather which are like $30 or so. I had an extra breather so thats what I did.

Here is my gloss black CSL grill from Autotechnic... fit great and I was able to get a chrome badge from IND to fit in the proper emblem indent. I'm very happy with it so far! Now I need to get the side ducts and I'll be all set.
