I know some people have got theirs back in a super quick timeframe, but others haven't. I'd give it 10 days before you start worrying.

But i just don't understand why he reads me messages but doesn't atleast respond.

Quick question for those that have done it your self. How long did it take to wire transfer. Bank told be 5-7 days. Dont want to wait that long until they have confirmed the payment.

When I sent mine it took 14days. I sent it myself

I have never done this process before so I am just speculating. If you sent out (overnighted) on 8/10 then they got it 8/11. I would imagine they shipped it out to Femto on 8/12 (Friday) or 8/15 (Monday). I am guessing Femto either is getting it today 8/16 or tomorrow 8/17. I would give it sometime before blowing up their phones. Maybe wait until
8/22 next Monday.

Did you get an update if they shipped your ECU. Mine is already on the way back from Finland. The guys at Femto have been a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions.

Yeah the guy's an asshole for sure. But I got my ECU back out of nowhere in about 8 days after sending it out, but that's because they shipped mine out to Femto the same day they received mine.

OrlandoAUTOwerks has done all my friends G80's and 21+ F90s , takes 7-9 days total turn-around time.

jairomvp182 also knows them
Can reach them 407-984-6813 or IG @OrlandoAUTOwerks

9/1/22 that is insane i would not deal with them

Nothing much i can do at this point the reason i went with them is because i heard it was a quick turnaround especially because the overnight shipping

The bank say 5 to 7 days, but femto had the money in 24 hours.

Visconti definitely has a trick up their sleeve. Femto can only accept packages from the EU (at least that was the case four months ago when I did my unlock). Not sure how they're able to do it in 10 days.

Since I'm in the U.S. I had to commission somebody in Germany to receive the ECU's and then send them to Finland, after unlock my contact received the ecu's in Germany and then had to ship them back to me.

Yes it diffenetly changed. I shipped my out last week in the US to Finland.

Thats great. I didn't want to wait, yes it was a logistical nightmare, but I wanted my car tuned for the summer.

Did every tuner ditch the idea of trying to unlock the dme and just send it to femto now? Been quiet about anyone in the U.S. making waves about getting an unlock.

Exactly what i said. Some ppl say they received it literally a week after they send it out im just unlucky i guess haha. As long as my ecu doesn't get lost ill be happy…

How much are you guys paying for just the unlock from femto? I'm really thinking about doing that, but knowing my luck an unlock will release shortly after for the U.S. 😂
