I have not. My dealer called me earlier. He has been doing a good job keeping me updated. I have no complaints about any of this process. I get the pandemic is causing shortages. No big deal.

What dealer if you don't mind me asking?

I just took over an allocation at Momentum last week (order submitted Thursday, updated to status 112 on Friday). I know everyone's experience has been different, even within dealerships, but I'm just curious. Kind of gauging what I might be in for

Did anyone that was supposed to have their car shipped to their dealership on the 24th actually have that happen? My SA told me the 24th multiple times, but the car’s status still shows at the port. And my SA doesn’t have a new ETA.

Nope just called bmw genius and no one's car has been picked up. Hahah

Well I’m glad I am not alone. I recall at least a handful of us all with an expected Port departure date of the 24th.

Oh nice!! Since we both purchased from Sewell of Plano, so hopefully our cars are on the same truck! How did you find out the car was on the truck at 3pm? My SA called me the morning and told me to expect to arrive late Wednesday or Thursday so it sounds like he didn't have ETA yet.

The status changed in my garage on MYBMW and I called Genius to confirm. I dont know how many cars are on the truck, if they are all BMW's or other makes, or how many they have that go just to Sewell. I am in the car business and I can tell you first hand some of the trucking and transport arrangements they have right now dont make a lot of sense lol.

Genius said mine at least has a carrier assignment now. Scheduled delivery to Woodlands is the 27th, but said that could change.

Mine will be delivered to The Woodlands as well, maybe mine will be in the 27th too.

The truck just unloaded mine along with I believe 6 other cars at Sewell!!

Mine arrived off the boat on the 17th(maybe 16th) and my dealer today said the stop sale is clear and the recall is complete so it's ready for transport!

My cars still waiting on truck since clearing recalls last Friday. Apparently two drivers in a row had to cancel their Galveston to Houston run due to contracting covid. I'm curious for people that were on same boat and taken delivery, what tires did yall get?

Am in Galveston right now and chanced upon the VPC. Seems like the center is not overflowing with BMWs but I saw some nice M's on the lot as pictured. But the most notable thing is that somebody yelled at us as we were taking the pics!! And FYI, I am just somebody from the Midwest vacationing here!

My advisor just called said the car is enroute to Dallas! Mahbe yours is on the same truck! Check and see if the bmwusa website updated to intransit!
