BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Waiting on my car for delivery and losing my mind. Ordered a frozen pure grey ii with fiona red carbon buckets. Not many photos/videos of this color. I've seen what's on the forum but want MORE. Help me by posting any and every frozen pure gray M3/M4 photo you have. Thanks in advance.

I have Frozen Pure Grey II. Still don't know the difference between the original Frozen Pure Grey?

I like that in the garage, it has a stainless steel look, and it looks different between sunlight and shade as seen in the photo below.

Looks great. I got Dravit and I'm happy wit h it. Not sure of the differences either between I and II? Dark frozen would've been my #1 if it were still available.

Dravit is very nice! Frozen Dark grey is nice too, but just a little too dark for me.

I believe frozen pure grey ii is skyscraper grey with satin clear, per bmw and ind soooo if you plan on ppf’ing you might as well get ssg and satin ppf. I might do this. If you don’t plan on doing full ppf then order the frozen color

've read this mentioned several times, but if you saw Frozen in person compared to matte PPF, there are differences. Frozen paint has a sheen to it that I have not seen replicated in matte PPF. When I look at the hood, while driving, you can see bright reflection of light and objects. Matte PPF over gloss just looks like dull satin.

That said, I think if you just wanted a matte look and didn't care so much for the specific qualities of Frozen paint, getting matte PPF is a good option. I thought about doing that too, but the color I wanted didn't come in gloss, and I hate the idea of all the door jambs, etc being glossy.
