If you remove the piggyback and go to your dealership for a scheduled service, no one is going to bother you.

If you are going for a damaged engine/turbo, they'll dig deeper. But the odds of this happening is close to zero with hundreds of thousands of tuned BMWs under warranty, i can't recall the last time this issue was reported on this forum.

It does not say, but given that Vivid is in AZ, they only have access to 91, which is im assuming is what Vivid used for the runs.
If that is the case, upgrading to 93 gets you another 20 whp increase.
