South Bay BMW offered me a new M4 to order for MSRP. If SB BMW is offering MSRP there has to be some deals out there.

M4 has better pricing than M3 but I haven't heard of better than MSRP with loyalty discount on order. Off the lot pricing might be better.

Best bet is finding a car in stock. I was offered 4k below MSRP on a 87k 6MT G80. Wasn’t in love with the options it was ordered with, so I passed. Was a customer ordered car but the deal fell through. NorCal dealership.

M3 is still very firm at MSRP. M4 can be had at possibly a small discount from MSRP, has to be the right time and the right car.

Allocations are still relatively scarce for both.

M4 convertible is a different story, a lot lower demand for those.

I have a 24 M4 Comp X-Drive allocation open right now, you can PM me if you're interested, so cal.

Curious what the forum thinks here. Theres 23 g82 at a dealership in local that I was thinking about making an offer on. I was wondering what would a reasonable offer for it. Do you think asking under MSRP would be a good start?

How many miles were on it? That thing looked like it was there forever. I guess those manuals tend to sit, demand considerably lower

lol that was the car I had ordered and walked away from when I scored an individual chalk 6MT off the lot. The original deal/order was for MSRP, your buddy scored!!! Damn!

Last I checked it was there. It’s also showing on their website and they are pretty current with their inventory.

I'm actively in the market and just got things lined up with Next Level to find an allocation in the coming weeks.

That said, I called around and the latest on Orange County dealers are charging minimum $5K ADM and the only one that actually had allocations is Crevier. Granted this is for a new order, but when I asked about cars they have on the lot, those also have ADMs.

New Century in Alhambra offered me full MSRP for a just landed 2023 M3 comp. No ADM. However, there are two customers in line, waiting and willing to pay ADM ($5K). Good deal or not?

Anyone why there is a shortage of manual M3s? Looked around and wasn't able to find much inventory at the dealerships unless traveling over 1000 miles.

There’s no shortage. The 6MT is just not as popular compared to the comp and now the first M3/M4 with X-Drive. Dealers are only going to stock what’s not going to sit and make them more $. You’ll only find one if it was a custom order and someone backed out. And as of today I think M3s are still hard to come by. M4s are a dime a dozen and are being sold under MSRP.

My buddy was able to get a new 2024 M4 at $2500 off MSRP at Murrieta BMW. They were super firm on the used G82 prices however
