Porsche Chalk VS BMW Chalk side by side
As requested by Game, here is a side by side comparison. To me in person it looks pretty close if not the same. There was a light above where i parked so in photos it does make the M3 seem a tad lighter and his porsche had a layer of dirt so it might have seemed like a shade darker lol.

Looks closer than I had initially thought. I think the Porsche is a tad warmer, and the bmw slightly more blue looking.
Could also be the lighting angle, the m3 is sitting right under the light bar. Very cool to see. |

Those Porsche rims—not so sure about them, as it’s a tad too much.

I think the Germans have more or less operate on a numbers based paint code system so all the manufacturers can use the same color and repair shops can paint match. Don't have any proof of this but Germans are very organized I'd be surprised if the paint colors aren't systematically ordered.
