Yes, I think those pictures are a really good representation. It does shift a bit depending on the lighting. At night under the big street or parking lot lights it looks just insane.

Not at all, the hardest part was taking the backing off the tape lol.

Loving this car more everyday, and for every day that my M240i stays stuck in QC I think more and more that I should just keep trying to get a winter setup for the M3 and cancel the M240.
Either way, I'm trying to get enough miles so that I have the break in process done before spring.
