Tl,dr: said they’d take an M5 CS or last M3 CS or M2 CS over it. Yuri said he’d have it over an M4 CSL, Jacob said he’d have the M4 CSL. They did say it was fantastic. |

Hang on, there was this whole topic discussed on this forum about the states getting yellow DRL’s even when just DRL’s are on… now they’re white?
What’s happened here? As I know some did post pictures of their CS/CSL’s with just yellow DRLS without high beams on. |

These guys are entertaining-ish. Production quality is good but I feel like they are not very good objective car reviewers. They did seem to like a lot about the car.
You know, I don't know if i just missed the F80 CS because I was in residency or maybe it just never got attention, but i know nothing about it. I saw one at the track once and it looked mostly like my F80s and figured it was a badge & tune special. This G80 CS might be a badge, tune & carbon fiber special, but i do think it likely represents peak G80 for speed/dynamics based on the reviews. Only thing i kinda miss the manual, even though BMW manuals aren't great. Oh and I miss physical knobs for HVAC! |

F80 CS went on a diet. Carbon fiber hood (same as M4 GTS), removal of center console storage, single zone climate control, no comfort access (strangely got sun shades), 763M wheels, carbon fiber lip, spoiler, titanium silencer, more horsepower, more torque, different tune. And more. BMW just didn't do a good job marketing it and it sat on lots and you could get one for more than 18K off MSRP and lease it with a 61% residual

I would disagree. It’s a boring video of an exciting car. The format is outdated and they have been proposing the same narrative since a while. Just watch TH videos and see the differences. With this video They missed an opportunity... again |

Decidedly average review. No real new or useful information that couldn’t be gleaned from the earlier press releases. If you are going to bother doing one of these reviews the obvious question is how different is it to standard M3 and does that make it better.

Didn’t know the no cupholders or center console storage box. How many ounces did that save. That is a sucky change

Assuming an xdrive comp was specced with CCB and buckets, what's the weight difference between it and a CS also with CCB and buckets? Probably not much. Getting rid of cup holders for weight savings but not removing a meaningful amount of weight is so lame.
