HELP! No Media

My media has gone out. The only options are XM, FM, AM. None of which have sound. XM has no stations to select. Phone will not connect via Bluetooth nor cable.

Suggestions?

That didn’t work

I reset Idrive by pressing the power/volume knob for 30 seconds and that worked
