I like it better in regular Portimao than I do in Frozen... I wasn't considering PB but this pic is having me reconsider!

Man I just can't settle on a color. Sometimes I think darker colors suit this car better but there are so many cool dark bits that get hidden. Brighter colors really make them stand out.

I think this might have taken second place over Toronto Red for me, especially since KO interior would pair really well with this

On the road it's just a "normal blue," especially at night. I think this is a very special looking car and it's unfortunate (to me) that they only gave us two blue choices for this generation, both of which are on the darker side.

Based on the M4 i've seen in PB and various 3-series in PB i wouldn't say it's a "normal" blue. It has a very special shining especially in the sun, seems to have a little purple in it.
At night I actually love this color!

But I know what you mean, you love Yas Marina and Portimao is far from that.
I think they just decided to bring in Green (which also looks very good) instead of bright blue, just to make something different I guess.

haha I've been waiting for you to switch from Isle of Man Green! I'm loving Portimao Blue too and it's my top pick unless:
- either I see Brooklyn Grey in person and it looks stunning
or
- AWD is launched with some additional colors that I prefer over this

Looks fantastic there. The side shot, the gloss black lower trim reduces the saloon height and silhouette nicely.

Why is it that every G80-series M3/M4 that has been posted are all Competition? Are they no longer releasing base models, or are they only focusing on the Comps for hype...

Well U.K. for example only gets the competition and perhaps in other markets it's the same so I'd think a lot of the early stock is C, also the dealer early cars are usually a fair bit loaded and perhaps Comps.

Color looks great, BMWs always work best in blue IMO. I just hope the LCI fixes the hideous face, I've seen a couple in person now and if anything it's worse than in pictures. With such a stellar 3/4 view of the M3, it's such let down seeing the front.

Yeah but just like the cars of the 90's and early 00's it also makes the car look higher off the ground especially at night. I would rather they be color matched and the car actually be smaller and lower.

Am I the only one not feeling this color? BSM looks great, TR also great, IMG not for me personally but I like it, Brooklyn is okay too.... but not a fan of this one. My least fav.
