Genius stated that there are no stops sales on my car. Due to be at the VPC tomorrow. Fingers crossed for quick processing and carrier assignment.

Confirmed with the Genius. My car is on the Hawaiian Highway and left Bremerhaven on 11/6. Should be in Baltimore on 11/17 which seems awfully quick to me considering that the ship is still showing to be in the English channel headed to Zebrugge. I'll take it though!!

5th week of quality check for me. Car seems to be permanently stuck in QC. No clue why mine has been left behind. Entered QC status 10/7.

That looks incredible. When I ordered Oxide Grey I was worried it would be too “beige” but it really is a liquid metal look. Mine will have Fjord Blue on the inside

Thanks! No it does not look beige at all, even when the sun hits it. The visualiser/online renders do not represent the colour well at all!

When it is dark it looks like brushed silver/metal and in the sun the gold really pops out - it's a great colour and I've had many complements about it!

The only thing I will say it's not a bold colour, so if you want something that makes a statement, then better off getting SPY, Frozen or TR

Get some pics up when you get yours! Fjord Blue would work well IMO!

Week 1 awaiting RAM at the Brunswick VPC is over today. Keeping my fingers crossed for movement.

A week 41 car just hit my dealer last night.

How on earth can this be!? My car was a Week 40 build and is still at the factory. It’s been stuck in QC since 10-7. It has the RAM retrofit and nothing else. How are some cars getting through while others sit for over a month?! How did this car get the RAM installed before others ordered before it!? I am so sick of this bs. I'm with you: Week 40, stuck in QC since 10/7 and RAM retrofit.

Looks like M4s are way behind M3s?

I have orbit grey 825M wheels, which I haven't seen on any of the recently delivered cars. The dealer and Genius claim there is no parts shortage but I'm way down the rabbit hole on conspiracy theories at this point. No one will provide any information.

I feel your pain! Every step closer to delivery is one less roadblock to overcome .. and every step further from delivery is one more degree of uncertainty and anxiety.

Someone knows why your cars are being held up so long in QC -- they're just inaccessible to us customers. You might insist your dealer GM escalate to BMW NA (and on to Manufacturing) via his rep and management to get an explanation. It won't get the car to you any faster, but it'll at least remove the unknown.

Hi all - took a hiatus after selling my X3MC for a 911, but back as my vehicle nears delivery.

Spoke with the dealership and the Hawaiian Highway is set to arrive, but my car (along with others I presume) will be held up awaiting the HK stereo amplifier. Fun stuff. Let the wait begin…again…
