Smartphone not charing

Hi,
I was lucky to pickup my M3 Comp '21 model last week. Everything is working as expected as I spent some time with reading and following the threads to be informed well enough before I receive my own G80.

I have ome topic which I cannot work out myself currently:
My iPhone 11 Pro is not charging in the center console. It is described in the manual but just will not load. I tried taking off the very thin protective covering off my iPhone, but this did not change it.
Any ideas what could be wrong before I stress my dealer?

I hope anyone had the same issue and might have the solution

I suppose 6NW code missing (wireless charging) due to parts shortage.

That is possible, but would have expected to receive feedback from the dealer about that, if that is the case.
But I will ask the dealer when doing the break in service to check to be sure.
If there is nothing else which needs to be taken into account, then this is the only answer which would explain the issue.

What does your window sticker say? Does it list wireless charging?

In Germay we do not have the window sticker, but "(S06NW)" is definitely part of my configuration. So, just from a formal point of view, I have bought the functionality.
It just could be that there is some sort of configuration which I missed which enables the charging. But then again, I did not find it in the manual.

So basically, I will get back to my dealer and ask for professional advice

By the way: Yesterday evening I had a night out with the car and noticed the automatic high beam feature - absolute awesome how the car manages to navigate the Laser around all the cars and get the perfect high beam on the road...you need to see that in action.
