So the question becomes…
the shooting brake or the wagon?

Shooting break makes the grill look incredible. It makes it make sense. Love the concept would trade in my f87 for one

Coupe/hatch/wagon.
Very cool indeed, one of the best BMW concepts/photoshops I've seen in quite a while.
Good to see the crappy staggered wheel setup gone too, although the 6 pot front calipers on the rear wheels are a bit of a photoshop giveaway.

I'm biased...always loved wagons. They are definitely an acquired taste understandably.

TBH, I have no idea what shooting brake is, but I would buy it.

I like this better than most M4's. IMHO the grill design works better on Estates, SUV's and Hatchbacks. Thank you for taking the time to render your design concept. A++++.

Wow, that rear end looks amazing. Dare I say, better than the actual M4.

If the 3 door 1 series had looked like that, it probably would have sold a lot better!

100% agree. M4 C-pillar area is one of the low points of the design IMHO. Paired with the tall grille, strange rear end, and other interesting design elements... hard to fall in love.

I'm with you Gerry! I feel like this improves upon the M4's backend weirdness.

For how much the US loves cars we really have killed a lot of great things about them. Almost solely responsible for killing manuals and now for bringing on the SUV craze. Land of profit and not passion it seems.

Makes more sense to me than the coupe which is very long already with a high rear deck. Sounds weird but the hatch style actually sort of works with the beaver grille.
