I have gotten used to my M3 grills and like them now BUT imagine if they would have used these on the M3/M4 like they should have. Still would have gotten hate but not as much.

You guys are getting soft. This is a total poser car. It's a "Batmobile" wannabe. A couple mods on a M4F or M4G can produce this horsepower (560 hp), BMW knows the customer for this is more concerned about his stock portfolio than how fast this car is on track day. Message I get is if you want the BMW experience of old, go buy a Porsche. At $823,000 for a 3.0 CSL go buy three Porsche's.

Thus, the model features the most powerful straight-six engine ever used in a road-legal BMW M automobile. I want to like this—but sadly it lacks any kind of fascination to its odd and overdone bodywork. A missed opportunity at that kind of custom coach work pricing.

This is, however, now the standard M4 should have looked closer to IMO!

I bet that no random observer would believe that the BMW costs three times more than the red 296GTB parked in front. Reveiling the stats will certainly not help either to motivate the price difference. But OK, I understand, it's all about exclusivity.
