I am biased but it’s really the best color.

She is finally home. BMW really did a good job in this G82. My latest M car is F10 M5 and I said this maybe my last one. Its not that its not a great car, but it was different in all sensation of my previous M5 like E60 and E39.
This G82 brought my faith back to BMW M division.

Ive owned porsche gt3, RS, GtS, Turbo, TurboS, 4 ferraris, I am happy to say BMW is back!!!

Went to a short-notice Oregon BMW CCA meet yesterday morning. It was chilly, but fun enough. About 30 cars, I think? The E9x generation was probably the least represented era, followed by cars that are currently in production. The only other G8x was a Verde Ermes (I think) M4 6MT. Fun that both of the G8x's that showed up were manual.

I'm enjoying these CCA meets, but I do think that the organization as a whole isn't entirely friendly to BMW's newer than the year 2000. Most of the time when a gaggle of F8x's show up, they are utterly ignored. I don't know how other chapters are but considering the age of the old-car crowd, CCA has an expiration date unless they figure out how to shift themselves in time a bit.

That G82 looks more like Urban Green…but could be the lack of sun playing tricks with the camera.

Really wasn't sure. The vanity plate on the back had "Urban" on it...I didn't realize that was an actual color so didn't make the connection. Oops.
