Have you guys seen the engine bearing stop sale thread? I looked up my VIN on the website and have “ There is an open technical enhancement on this vehicle. Please go here to book an online appointment for your vehicle selecting "service as required" or contact your local retailer here for more information. Enhancement code 0065480300”
It’s the RAM module stop sale. Funny thing is the dealer doesn’t even see it yet. Go figure. |

I then reached out to my dealer who sent me a screenshot of his view, and double checked what he told me with genius (both of them said I have no stop sale as well as no flags for anything else.) I then asked genius why my VIN yielded those results on that site and the rep I was speaking with told me to fully ignore whatever site that is (I did tell her it was BMW UK) because they (genius) have the most accurate view/updates, with theirs being ahead of our dealers as well. Anyways I know this post was kind of long but I just wanted to shine some light on what seems to be the fact that this website is showing inaccurate results, and to hopefully relieve some stress I know its been giving people. |

For some reason I actually believe the UK site. Too many people haven’t seen the stop sales until way late for whatever reason.

UK VDC's are extremely slow with respect to processing stop-sales (if the camera stop sale was anything to go by...), I know some folks had to wait 10 weeks for the stop-sale fix! Not looking forward to this.

Pretty sure the official UK site is accurate, as someone in the stop sale thread was actually forbidden from picking up their car from the dealer.
I seriously hope I’m wrong though. |
