I received an allocation in September with a specified planned November build week (week 45) the whole time. Based on what I’ve seen, if your car is in fact a November build then it should have a planned build week at this point.

Add Lauren to the list of great geniuses. Just spoke to her and she was able to confirm I'm 112 as of October 20th. She also mentioned passing along information about the online tracker not working for us Week 46 folks.

Yes her too! I didn't keep all the names but My faves gotta be Josiah and Darcy they get really into and genuine care to get info for you. They were very good during the at port ships tracking stuff. Also Selina to the meh list

I just got moved from week 50 to week 46 and it shows I’m 112 now. But, I just called my ca and added shadow line headlights and full leather. Idk if it’ll stay 112 or switch back to 111. Forgot to mention it shows status code 112 on my garage.

150 "production begins" usually happens 2 weeks before the date the car is actually produced. The car isn't literally being produced yet, it just means it's entered the production queue and all materials are available and ready for when it's showtime.

Technically production takes a few hours - a day at most - from the time it actually enters the assembly line to the time it goes into quality control. The online tracker isn't accurate (even when it's working). But yeah, when you get to status 150, you should be able to see an actual production date which represents the completion date. But even then you may see it shift by a day or two.

Most of the waiting we do is to get to production, and then after production just the shipping. Production itself is so fast and streamlined, it's insanely quick.

Yeah this is my first time doing the process start to finish. I picked up another build that was a bw31 car for a 2023 M3CX and I started tracking journey when it was at port … where I waited 6 weeks. I ended up canceling that deal for various reasons legit 2 days before I was suppose to pick it up it was about to leave nj/ny vpc and boom stop sale lmao so that was the straw the broke the Camels back. But not looking forward to that part again… but I'm hoping since I already had to go thru the brutal agony of at port wait for 6 weeks maybe my Karma will let me get by with a quick 2 weeks at port this time? Lmao 😂

You picked a hell of a car and time for your first run through this process This is my 4th time doing this process and it's never been this long. Back in 2019 my X5 and m340i each took 2 months from time of submitting order to delivery (and the m340i came from Germany too).... and then earlier this year my X7 also took about 2 months.

But this M3..... 6 months just waiting for a damn allocation, and now all the waiting for production and getting on a ship once it's produced... gonna end up being 10 months to a year before I see this car Everyone says it's worth it though....
