Lost Sirius XM
I went to turn on Christmas music on XM and had no signal except channel 1 shilling to sign up. Contacted Sirius and they said I only had a 3 month 'trial.' Called BMW and they said it is a Sirius problem and nothing they can do. Did this happen to anyone else? The BMW guy said he's hand a number of people call about it. Anyone have any experience/solution? Thanks for any help!

Called the Dealership. Looks like they aren't terribly concerned. Passed me off to Sales from Service. Voice mail. Called BMW NA--genius can't help--Sirius problem, not them, although he heard of it. Finally, Sirius gave me a free 3 month trial--good until early Feb, not late Apr. Does give me time to push the Dealership to get off their asses or ask for compensation for breach of contract. 12 month full access is part of what I paid for, per sticker. And I do know Contract Law very well. Wonder if others are going to go through the same thing.

Worked it out with XM. 3 month "trial" now, when it ends Feb 4, will call and get another 3 month "trial." Talked to a corporate person, not call center. She understood the situation and came up with an easy solution. So, end up getting an extra 10 days for free. BMW NA and the Dealer both useless.

I'd say your wifi subscription needs to be paid for. It will work then I would say
Wifi is only 3 month trial Edit: never mind, Sirius is satellite but I had all Sorts of issues with my connections without wifi subscription |
