Something random I happened to notice and unsure how much to read into it. Didn't the description for 6NS used to be "6NS Enhanced Bluetooth"? It's something else in these latest readouts and I'm pretty sure the description changed.

Thanks for your email regarding your BMW 3 Series. I'm so sorry to see no one has come back to you as of yet but I'm happy to help!

The option 6P1 is the Standard Bluetooth option, and when looking into this for you I can see that this is only a temporary removal. It looks like this affected function can be reinstated later on in the year via a Remote Software Upgrade.

The date for this upgrade is still to be confirmed as of right now but I can predict it will be from April onwards.

If you would like further updates on this at all, please don't hesitate to get back in touch with me and I'll be more than happy to assist.

Sorry, posted to wrong forum/thread....

I have an M440CV on order that has been built (12/21) but is still sitting at the plant.

I see from the mdecoder that it has the pass lumbar delete code (48Z) but I don't see the standard 490 code which is the driver width adjustment. According to the Ordering Guide, 490 is supposed to be standard. As I look at cars on cargurus I see some with the width adjustment and some without.

I ordered my car with sensatec, if that matters. I sat in a 11/21 build yesterday that had the width adjustment, but it also had leather.

I'd really like to have this feature, especially if it's standard. Can anyone shed some light on this as to is it one of the chip victims or is it only included with leather seats, etc?

I guess that can change as the cars progress through production but, lets see what happens

My build sheet from the dealer looked like yours, no mention of enhanced BT. But if you go to MyBMW and enter your info, it should pull up your build and under Options--->Standard Features you should see something about "Enhanced BT and Smartphone In."

I have a x7 in progress and dealing with similar issues, hence the post. I have been told by one bmw genius that the 6nw code deletes 6ns because it also includes the enhanced Bluetooth functionality. Another genius told me that’s not the case which leaves me scratching my head. There’s not a lot of clear information online on this either which doesn’t help. In prior model years adding 6nw also added a zeb code (enhanced Bluetooth) but there’s not consistent reporting on that either.

If anyone out here definitely knows and could chime in it would be greatly appreciated. Trying to confirm 6nw includes enhanced Bluetooth even though it results in the deletion of 6ns.
