I am from Europe and moved to the US, I am jealous that you are building your house and garage made of bricks vs a lot of the frame and wood buildings here in the US…..but at least it is all bigger here.

Thanks for the reply, I moved to the US (LA) in 2007 for a few years. Big garage is the norm in the states for sure. Having a garage to house the car in was my priority, if I had more space I could easily have built a bigger garage but wanted to have some outdoor space for the tropical summer we have in Scotland !

Finally collected my car today, drove straight home and spent most of the day fitting all the parts I had ordered.
The garage is absolutely perfect, having the bi-folds open enabled me to jack the car up from both sides without moving it.
R44 front splitter and side blades fitted, IND black BMW badges and 12/10mm spacers.
Not really driven the car much will save that for the weekend, I just wanted to get it the way I want first and then enjoy the first real drive later. Still got front windows to tint but other than that I think I'm done.
What a car and I'm glad the wait is finally over.

I realised you will be able to do some barbecue, eating good meat (/veggies?) and drinking favourite beer (/juice?) and looking at your beautiful car! Damn, I sounds soooo good! Have fun and enjoy it!

I'm so glad I committed to building the garage sooner than I had planned. When I ordered a frozen colour I immediately demolished the old garage that came with the house. And yes, it fits 🤣👍
