Service centers with good customer service in LA area?

Going in for my break-in service and looking for a good service center to go to. As I understand, you can get your maintenance services done at any BMW dealership.

Unfortunately, the dealership I bought the car at is quite far and will probably not give me a loaner car.

So I would appreciate any recommendations in the LA area.

They tell me the break-in service could take 3-4 hours for them to complete which is new to me. Curious how other folks got this done? Not relishing the idea of spending half my Saturday waiting at the dealership.

I had mine done at bmw of Monrovia. It was done in 1.5 hours. I just walk to IHOP had breakfast and came back and it was done.

Century West gave me a loaner for the service, just need to book it a couple days ahead of time.
