Just spoke to my CA. He said he thinks my order will be in on their next allocation, or at worst the one after that! Now I’m stressed because I have to make a decision on color!

Atlantis Blue (too teal? Never seen in person)…San Marino (always drooled over a m8 that was around here, but haven’t seen in years, worried will be too dark, but I loved montego and it doesn’t seem much darker than that!)…

wife is meh on both, prefers twilight purple or Isle of Mann…

Anybody know what month allocation/ build slots are being sent to dealers now?

Next round which should be released in about 10 days or so will be for March production. If you go individual, you'll need the allocation first to submit the request as you need a production number. Then you'll get another delay as they schedule it.

Well in reality I’ve been told it could be delivered sometime between September and November so somewhere between 8-10 months. Waited 10 months for wife’s Range Rover last year so not surprised.
There’s about an extra month for shipping to Australia as the car shipping vessels generally stop at UK, then South Africa on-route

Atlantis and San Marino are both absolutely gorgeous blue colors.

I know the whole "happy wife, happy life" saying but seriously get the color that YOU truly want. No sense in paying for an individual color and then have that little bit of what if in your head each time you walk up to the car.

Just so you know....it's your car that she always grabs my phone to stare at. Haha. Thanks! Though to be fair, I constantly stare at it also! You should totally add some acid green highlights (there's a twilight purple with acid green calipers that looks amazing!)

Yeah. I've never done individual, so now that I've gotten over the cost of the paint, I have to decide just how much of a risk I'm willing to take. I've never seen Atlantis, and am getting more and more worried about the possibility of regret. At least I've seen San Marino and loved it!

I've seen an M340i that has the acid green/Twilight Purple mix. It's cool but maybe a bit too loud for me. If that is even possible!

I've seen Atlantis a couple of times and really like it. Definitely would look great in the FL sun. Of course so would all the other colors you are looking at. Really don't think you can go wrong with any of them.

In my opinion San Marino Blue is a truly special colour and looks stunning. Atlantis blue to me looks too much like Long Beach Blue on the M2 and I’m not a fan

I like the color, but prefer metallic paints. Atlantis was the closest I could find to a metallic enzian/Santorini/voodoo. One of my best friends has a new S5 in their voodoo equivalent...looks great, but missing something to me because it's flat.

GOT THE CALL! have an allocation, order was submitted today. Waiting for email with all the details including build week etc.....
