There are still many Americans from build week 38 - 46 who have not received their cars. And while some pay mark up, many aren't so I don't know about Americans receiving their cars over Canadians. I hope you realize their country has 10 times the population size, with many more orders so that's why it seems like they are getting more deliveries.

Can attest to that. My Sept 6th build car is still stuck in Germany but according to the BMW recall programs both of the stop sales are now closed so car will prob ship to Canada soon. Unfortunately due to crazy delay, I backed out from my order and waiting for someone to take it so that I can get my deposit back

Yes I did order mine from Parkshore BMW. I couldnt take it anymore when my car was still in Germany 3 months after build completion and bought a 2022 Brooklyn Gray M4 xDrive that just arrived to Victoria BMW. Have been driving this for 2 weeks now and its such a beast. I have to find someone who is willing to take my M4 order from me though to get my “non refundable” deposit back. I dont think it is going to be difficult esp with $2700 price increase for any new M3/M4 order and on top of that my order had $2500 price reduction so its $5000 cheaper than to order same spec car now. Car should arrive in a month or two

Haha that m4. I was the first one that asked about that car. It's got red calipers right? Cuz I remember it was immediately sold 2 days after I inquired. Did you travel to Victoria to get the car?

Also they have a m3 Brooklyn grey too but it's waiting for the drive shaft recall part that's why you don't seee it for sale yet but it's at dealer

Yes that is the right car with red caliper. It was quite a trip to travel to Victoria dealer from Burnaby where I live which took 9 hours total when I arrived back home with M4. You can tell how fed up I was with my order to do such thing but it was all worth it in the end.

i hear you…I saved around $2500 and ordered a set of Braelin BR10 19x9.5 square set Matt grey with Mich PA5s that I most likely will not use this season if the car arrives late Feb/March. Lol. At least I'm ready for next winter.

Expected 2021-12-02, car is still MIA. Recalls still open. Service advisor has been emailing/calling all of her superiors on mine and her other clients' behalf and still hasn't heard a thing. BMW customer support over phone - absolutely no information after 3-4 phone calls over the last few weeks. BMW customer support over email - have yet to reply at all after 2 attempts over past 2 weeks.....

Looks like my xmas gift to myself is more likely going to be a valentines gift to myself

SA offered to refund my deposit if I decide to cancel due to the incoming luxury tax. Also offered to hold a launch edition i4 m50 with an ETA of April for a whopping 20k less than my build.... hmmm....

As a guy with a Model S P85D, if you're looking for an M car and driver involvement, I doubt you'll be satisfied with the i4 M50. EVs are great but they don't scratch that itch for us enthusiast types (hence my M3 order! The Tesla is staying as our DD).
