MyBMW App Login Issue

Hey all...I just picked up my car yesterday, and have not been able to log in to the app (my most recent BMW, up until this one, has been a 2011 e91, so no need for the app). It's not a username or pw issue, cause I can log into the owners area of BMWUSA.com, it's a bit stranger than this. My phone is a samsung g8+. Has anyone experienced this? My CA was not helpful, and I'm not really sure where to knock at bmw for assistance on this. Screenshot of the error below. Thanks in advance for any assistance out there.

Clear the cache & cookies for anything bmwusa.com
