Those aren't meals. It's like 3 full bites and thats it. Also has about a third of your DV for sodium. Super processed. There are much better options albeit not as convenient, but being that (from what it looks like) you eat at home for bulk of your lunches convenience shouldn't be the decision driver.

So apparently there's a nation wide cream cheese shortage but of course I didn't know this until after I bought a dozen bagels.

In place of a proper Bagel with Lox is an Everything Bagel with Turkey, Ham, and Cheese.

I don't know WHY I love dog food, but I do. This would be heaven with a thick chunk of sourdough and copious amounts of butter

A favorite of mine that's similar in that nostalgic way is Chef Boyardee Beefaroni.
