AWD orders
Who's on a list for AWD? Any orders placed yet? I've been sitting on the sidelines but I think I'm gonna get in the game now. Anyone with any intel from local dealers?

Reached out to my sales rep yesterday. He's expecting to get allocations mid of June and for the configurator to come out around the same time. I'm not fully bought into that information, but it's just a waiting game at this point.
I've had a deposit to get the first allocation, but I haven't been able to actually order anything yet. |

I’m first on the list at my dealer, but no information yet about an allocation. So I am just playing the waiting game, as I have not committed to a configuration so don’t know what my deal is going to be.

BMW Bellevue not selling M cars below MSRP. Not a surprise, just a confirmation. I usually go to Portland for the better deals but if everything ends up MSRP, I guess I have some local options.

I find it very difficult to accept going into a $1200-1400 per month lease on these cars at MSRP. I'm used to this price bracket selling for discount and <$1000/mo with taxes. It's making me look at other options for sure.

Yah it's a different world out there. I'm making it back up on the other end with my trade in. Last year my M235i was worth 18-22k, right now Carvana's offering 29k.

With current programs you're looking at invoice (6%) or more pre incentive discount to get anywhere close to that figure and I don't think we will see that this year, not in PNW/CA atleast with pent up demand for AWD. I was at bmw bellevue today and they confirmed they still have AWD allocations but they're being snagged fast. |

I know BMW Bellevue is pretty stingy on their pricing, however I did snag my 2020 M2C in April of 2019 under MSRP at Bellevue. Generally speaking, there were markups on those cars back then. I guess similar to what's happening now.
BMW Seattle was more competitive in pricing than Bellevue, on their trade in and the car price, however they only had one car and it was a 2019. I would work with Bellevue and Seattle and have them outbid themselves for you. However, I think you are 100% correct, $1400 a month on a lease is insane. $1400 a month on an M3 is unthinkable. Unfortunately, it isn't the best time to be a car enthusiast when all of the amazing cars you want are commanding a premium.
