I hated not having easy lift handles to get to the battery (and storage) under the trunk liner. My E46 had that, albeit there was a spare tire underneath.

So, a drill, two holes and couple leather drawer pulls with couple of chrome rivets later...

Does this count as a legitimate "mod"? 😂

Next, I would like to put a side net back into 2024 that BMW decided to leave off. Any idea how one can retrofit these from say 2022 model, and what parts are needed? Thanks!
