Gloss black front lip on G80 with CF exterior?

Would this work or look stupid? Due to the height of speed bumps here and their frequency, I doubt front lips will last unscathed. So I’m debating if it’s worth paying the premium for a CF.

I did that at first and loved it. It matches the side skirts and rear trim.

I now have a csl cf lip and it looks out of place. I'm debating to swap it for black or change the side skirts and rear trim to cf. I'm worried it might be too much and look silly.

Do you have pictures of when you did it? I’d love to see. Also the reason I’m thinking it might look misfit is I’m contemplating the Vorsteiner grilles in CF, too.

This is why I am sticking with gloss black everything.

I think a black lip would look fine with the carbon. I’m debating a gloss grill with carbon.

If you omitted the CF pkg but it’d be a waste and nonsensical for me to replace the CF parts from exterior carbon pkg.

For sure, with Isle of Man black contrasts too well. But a black lip on BSM?

I think it would still look good. It would blend in, while changing the shape of the lower section. I saw somewhere on here, someone shared pics of going with all black options on BSM.

I personally would either go all gloss black or all carbon fiber. I like gloss black better. It goes very nicely with my car's color. All the after market parts in my car are actual carbon fiber painted in gloss black to match, except the front diffuser witch is ABS painted to match. It is a cool look in my opinion, specially if you have the extended Shadowline Package. But, do what makes you happy!
