My car was 80k back in 21 when I ordered it and I probably put another 15k or so in mods on it. I don't turn off DSC because I can't afford to take a chance on doing something stupid. I did take it off the other day and although it's a RWD, you really have to be doing stupid to get the rear end sideways. By the way, all of my sports cars didn't have nannies and were manual back in the day and the ones I wrecked, I was being stupid.

In some states they get stolen, so they’ll keep them inside the car. If you’re talking about the numskulls in the video, they take them off or run blanks or covers since they’re filming and can catch the plates in some shots and don’t want to go back and edit the video.

I'd say I'm surprised but I am not. I don't care what anyone says - modern cars have too much power for regular people. Most guys buying these cars specifically are going to think they are super good drivers, over-confident, probably never been to a track much less a drag strip, turning traction control off, etc. You know what cars have traction control systems on? F1. Even professional drivers who race for a living are utilizing traction systems. Unless you are doing donuts in a parking lot, in a modern car like a G8x there is no reason at all to turn these off. I guarantee the person crashing that car had traction off.
