It still says it's at the port. But I don't know who to believe my CA tells me that it was on a boat but when I called Genius this morning they told me I was still at the port?

Genius and CA get their info from the same system. I think the CA just mistakenly believes "at the port" means it's on a boat, but it's not actually shipped out until you see "In Transit." At that point, the boat will show up after a day or two.

I'd go with Genius. I don't think BMW has any way of knowing that you've been loaded on already. Especially because I think the only 2 westcoast bound ships this week are Aquarius and Apollon. Aquarius just barely got that. Not that long ago, Apollon is set to dock in 15-17 hours. I am also hoping to get on one of these too!

Sooo I unexpectedly took delivery today!

For those at the port or in-transit:
3 days exactly from ship docking to keys in hand. I did not have any port installs and the dealership is just over an hour from the VPC. 82 days from order to pickup.

Mine waiting for ship since 25th. BMWNA told me usually it takes atleast 1 month of wait to get in to a ship whereas my SA said 1 week wait for a ship is normal. So trying to get some idea how things are going.

That Genius that told you at least 1 month wait in port to get aboard is incompetent.
7 to 10 days wait is the norm.

Completely depends on the shipping schedule. I’ve been at port since 9/22. If I missed the first boat that left on 9/27, the next ship to Galveston doesn’t leave until 10/21
