help with tire choice

I have a 2021 M3 that I will replace by a 2025 M3 some time in the next year. I need to replace the original tires due to normal wear. I don't drive it hard so any of the standard tires will work for my use. I decided to replace them now as Costco is running a Michelin sale. I want tires that the dealer will accept on a trade, and won't cause Carmax or a private buyer to choke if I go that route. They have 4 types that they say are BMW OEM and the prices vary by as much as $100 per tire. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. I am listing them, going from the most expensive to the cheapest.

Pilot Sport Cup 2
Pilot Sport 4 (It says run-flat so I assume this is no good)
Pilot Sport 4 S
Pilot Super Sport

Thanks

MPS4S. Ensure they are star spec when you pick it up by seeing the * spec on the physical tyre. The star spec MPS4S are better than the standard ones.

Just ordered an MPS4S set from Tire Rack for $1616….$100 instant rebate right now. I forgot to even check with Costco, although I didn’t want Costco installing them. Hope I didn’t get ripped off….

MPS4S is the best street tire available, full stop. Anyone who says otherwise is either uninformed, inexperienced, or deliberately obtuse just for the sake of it. For my cars that will never see the track or snow, it's a non-negotiable.

MPSC2s are dogshit. Since you're not driving hard, they shouldn't really be considered. Even if you were to be driving hard or on track, there are a handful of others I'd pick well before them.
