Are these tires safe to use? PSC2 after 2 track days

I noticed this interesting wear pattern on the outside of my fronts (both tires) after my second track day on these tires (I have a stock G80 xdrive).

The tires are Pilot Sport Cup 2s, 240TW.

Is this delamination? Are these tires safe to drive further? Are they safe for further track use?

Appreciate any insight you can give.

Typical Michelin junk. I would replace them.

I'd still run those for like a BMW CCA HPDE event. Clearly got hot, but didn't chunk too much.

I used the these tires (SC2 connect) all last season. This "2nd outer rib" wear is typical for the SC2 (I've read about until multiple forums including Rennlist). My front driver side wore faster than the passenger side bc I have mostly right turns (I have -3 degree camber). I would rotate front left to right after 1 track day and then do one more, after that they were pretty much done. I think I went through 4 sets of front tires last year.
You could rotate side to side if you feel the other one is less worn and it should last one more day. I would drive it until cords started showing, the tire in your picture will mostly like show cords after a few more sessions.
I won't be using SC2 (240) this year because they always do this. I will switching to Nankang CRS and will also consider RS4 or Continental EC Force for longevity sake.

All Michelin Pilot tires are notorious for tread seperation/delamination (it's usually on the outside due to the layered compounds they use). Cry about it.
