Nothing crazy. I like the understated gloss black like the stock wheels. I wish I had the guys to go with something flashy but at 42, that’s too old. Lol
I did ask for the stock bmw center caps to fit as well as having them put a friction ring on the wheel. They were very accommodating for these. Went with the stock wheel size too. |

Look at this post from signature wheel. I had their wheels on a Shelby GT350. Very nice wheels and great to deal with as well. Just about three times the cost unfortunately

Hmmmm, now I am wondering if LaForge can take their MF20 and make it look slightly more like the wheels on the E46 M3 CSL, which are my favorite historical M3 wheels....

hello all!
Sorry for the delayed responses. We were busy preparing for our first track day in Malaysia with our TrackSpec rims. Yes, do expect some delays in getting the rendering as we are getting a little swarmed with orders from across the globe. Here’s a little introduction to how it works. 1. You speak with us on what you’ve in mind for your rims. You can pick a design of from our existing catalog or you can share some inspirations or designs you’ve in mind. it could be hand drawn on a napkin if that’s how you prefer. 2. once we have all your specifications; bore size, PCD, diameter, width, offset and whether you want ball seat or cone seat. 3. we will then require a 50% deposit to start work. we will put your order in queue for the rendering. 4. we will share with you the rendering for you to check on the design and specifications. 5. you’ll be able to make changes and some modifications based on that, up to two revisions. so try to make all the changes within the same feedback. 6. we will slot your order back into the queue for the design and engineering team. so the quicker you respond, the quicker it gets back into the queue. 7. once you confirm the design and render, we will proceed to production. we will put your order into the production queue. when we started out, we had a lot of enquiries. we did rendering and even started on production only for the customer to ghost us. the 50% is just a way for us to secure things on our end. so we hope you understand. we have had customers who made minor changes throughout the revisions each time, add a pocket here, add a line there and etc. which would create a backlog for other customers. so it would be great if you could consolidate all the changes you might have in mind into one. Feel free to ask us if you’ve more queries. For those who do not feel comfortable using whatsapp, feel free to drop us a message on our social media. or if you prefer more privacy, we have telegram as well. |

Probably going to order a set for my G80 6MT soon. Cannot beat this price for monobloc forged.
Pros: - They had a custom color done for me since I didn't like the bronze offered. They had mixed up a color and painted a sample wheel for me to confirm before moving forward with my custom specs. - Easy communication through Whatsapp Cons: - Shipping took a couple weeks longer than expected even though I paid an extra $500 for air freight which reduces shipping time from 3-4 weeks to 7-10 days. - Two wheels came with minor imperfections. Protection for shipping should be done better. Rims only came packed with a couple pieces of thin Styrofoam around the edge of rim and a thin protective bag for the face of the rim. |

I am looking at bronze as well basically satin finish which your wheels look like. Hopefully the imperfections are very small and not really visible unless close. Are you able to take a photo of the imperfections to show what they are like?

I would be interested in LFI's response to the fact that the wheels came with cosmetic damage.
To be honest, for a lot of reasons (forged and design) I am leaning toward LFI. I just don't know how they resolve issues like fitment and finish after the wheels are delivered halfway around the world. I get that other wheel makers spec and order their wheels (likely from distance as well), but they have a presence in the US. I don't know if that makes a huge difference, but it's something. I hope that's a fair question. Because if I get wheels that are scratched, or a color that wasn't represented well in photos, or fitment is bad -- I don't want to be told to send them back for a refund because at that point two-way shipping will nearly equal the cost of the wheels.
