Request for opinion: competition wheel looking pitted/oversprayed?

About a week ago, I just happened to look at my right rear wheel with a bright light while working on my car, and noticed that the paint had almost a metallic look to it which does not match the other wheels. Upon closer inspection... it appears like there are speckles in the paint that resemble overspray or some kind of pitting.

See the area where I have wiped brake dust away (these wheels were professionally polished less than a week ago, and pressure-washed & cleaned with soap/microfiber less than 48 hours ago):

Does anyone know what this is, if it's common, and if I should seek warranty replacement (I have 1300 miles on the car)? And yes, it was there before I had the wheels polished.

TIA

Thats a typical BMW wheel spray job right there. If it bugs you see if theyll replace it. 50/50 chance the replacement is the same.
