My 23 M3 was supposed to arrive in Houston on 04/29, it got there on 04/21 on the Drive Green Highway. Now BMW genius says the delivery is getting pushed back to 05/04 now

Yeah, it's a sad clusterfuck. I was expecting delivery last weekend. No car in sight, no way to track it or the delivery truck. No one can tell me anything. Car was shipped to dealer on the 28th and shows delivery to dealer on that same date. My Garage still shows in transit. BMW Genius are at a loss for words and so is my sales manager as they have the same system. Regional rep is apparently useless.

Only beacon of hope is that the dealer is expecting another customer order and a dealer stock car on the same truck.

What a shit experience.

UPDATE: Just got the phone call, car has arrived and is safe and sound. Apparently truck broke down and was out of commission for two days.

Car still hasn’t left Galveston, was told it was supposed to leave the VPC yesterday after getting delayed and arrive at my dealer today and it still hasn’t left yet. I don’t know what’s happening in Galveston but this is ridiculous. My car has been sitting at that port for 2 weeks now.

Damn!! My G83 was only in Galveston for 5-6 days. I’m getting MP HAS installed at port on my G80, so sure it’s going to be there awhile by the looks of everyone’s delays.
