Delete 50 Year emblems?
[IMG][/IMG]
Hello everyone, looks like my build falls under the time frame in which BMW puts the 50 Year Anniversary emblems, which appear to be standard equipment. Is this something we can opt out of? I'd much rather the regular emblems. |

Awesome! Will do, guess this is another change I'm telling my CA to make while I still can.

Why don't you keep the emblems that came with a 50th car. Easy to remove and save. Then get a set from IND.

You should keep the 50th anniversary emblems. They add value to the car.

week 10 here, they are standard now according to my buildsheet as well.. I did an instapoll and more people preferred the original... but I kinda like this.. am I.. gay? (JK)
yeah I guess cheaper to swap them out later with regular BMW emblems (since there's plentiful of those out there lol) |

Week 7, and it looks like I've barely missed the 50th Anniversary badging. I know there always a market for everything, but do we think it will be relatively easy to get a set of these? I don't want to do anything to delay my build over badges. Think I'd have any luck asking my dealer to get me a set as a courtesy?

I'm still waiting for my production date but don't see 50 year emblems. How did you get them in your build?

I got them added to my build by moving my allocation date to any slot available after 01 March. Any M car built after 01 March will come with the 50th Anniversary badge unless you opt out for the regular BMW badge. See if your SA can add build code 3MQ and check to see what your allocation date is.
