Thank you for sharing such a wonderful experience!!!!! I can only hope to one day take delivery there as well hope it comes back. Last I known coming from the US wasn't an option. I visit Munich about 4 times a year and love going there and the museum and sometimes the factory tour when I can. BTW great spec.

Beautiful color! Enjoy in good health! I did an ED in 2018 getting a F30 340i. Amazing experience! I think they eliminated ED for the American market because of a combination of the covid restrictions and that the US market sells more BMW X models, which are made predominantly in the US.

I picked up mine up in the Welt back in May 2022.
Btw, I have chosen the smaller license plate bracket for Switzerand which better fit the smaller German plates.

ED didn’t cost anything. It actually got you about a 5% discount on MSRP. That’s what I got with my 2020 F87 ED picked up in 2019). I had to work hard to 1/ find an allocation and 2/ a dealer willing to honor ED MSRP.

I’m a pariah in my F82!

Next car is gonna be a G82 so I’ll try to collect it there.
