I switched over to the myBMW app a few weeks ago and everything was working great. I had all the remote features (unlock, lights, ventilation, 3d view, etc). Then randomly the myBMW app shows I have no active subscriptions. For my wife’s X3M on my phone it still works and shows she has active subscriptions. Seems like either an issue specific to the G80 or my account? From iDrive it shows “no traffic info” if I try to view any traffic info in my area while driving.

Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve tried BMW Assist and they basically just told me they wish the app would go away because of issues. Been almost 2 weeks now without any of these features.
