Blendmount works with the G8x?

Can anyone with the car confirm that the Blendmount for the M340i (or the F80/F82) works with the G80/G82? Need to be prepared to mount my Escort Max 360 radar detector BEFORE I actually get on the road.

My Fire Orange G80 went into production Thursday.

Yes, wiring is the same as the m340i

Yup, looks the same as the pics on the blendmount site. I think someone had chatted with them as well about it and they said it would fit as well.

Yup, looks the same as the pics on the blendmount site. I think someone had chatted with them as well about it and they said it would fit as well.

Wonder if my m3 CS blend mount will fit.

Probably, look at the blendmount site. I think the F80 M3 and new M3/M4 have the same part number listed.
