I noticed something similar as well while driving with my windows down; can’t hear it with the windows up and the car drives fine otherwise. It is a metallic buzzing/rattling sound that usually occurs between 0-30 mph and I only hear it when sound reverberates off of walls, trees, other cars, etc. FYI I’m running an Evolution Racewerks midpipe + SST valve controller. The sound is quite noticeable to me and is much louder when the valves are fully open so I may go to an exhaust shop to double check for any leaks.

Is it like a very buzzing sound from the front half? also does it happen when lightly holding the gas

Yeah mine does something like this sometimes on very light throttle. Not sure how easy it is to reproduce because I don't go looking for it.

Front/mid section… I do hear it when accelerating lightly as well. It’s most noticeable when I am coasting from 30-0 or accelerating from 0-30. Went to an exhaust shop over the weekend and they checked and re-tightened all the clamps, gaskets and welds from the midpipe. No leaks but the sound is still there.
