Under the 2022 pricing guide, SGM does not appear to be individual and falls into normal colors available for the g80/82

Not an Individual colour. It's not even unique to the M3/M4. It's a standard colour for the 2 Series Gran Coupe.

It's not showing up as an option on the US build configurator presently. Is this because they intend to roll it out a bit later in the US market? Thx

Once the build configurator starts showing the 2022's, it'll be there. Along with the fiona red / fjord blue interiors.

It only cost me $550. If I recall correctly that’s the price of the base colors.

It's not exclusive at all. It's even available as a standard colour on the 2 Series Gran Coupe. I suspect it will be introduced on more models over the next year or two also.

Thank you for replies. Follow up question: I had picked black 826M and just tried change to bi-color but car has enter production status. Dealer is extremely nice and giving me the option to give away my build spot (which sucks because I was getting my car in 5wks) and they will get me another one but not sure for when(maybe a couple of months).

Do you think is worth giving my spot to have the bi-color wheels? Looking at some of pictures bi-color wheels do shine more but not sure is worth it for the wait.

Depends on how important those bi color wheels are to you.

If you’re the type of person to change wheels after a while anyway, I wouldn’t give up a car that’s started production because of wheel choice.

There is a chance some with the bi-colors might be willing to sell/trade for the black 826 wheels as they seem to be pretty popular and some forum members picked up their cars from abandoned orders or HEA cars that were at the dealers.

Just throwing some options out there.

No. Any wheel style you get is going to look great! IMO, BMW did an awesome job designing the wheels for this model. I say stick with what you ordered because the way dealerships have been receiving allocations…you may be a waiting a while for another one.

Where do you see this? The two greys for the 2 gran coupe on the online configurator are mineral grey and storm bay grey, not skyscraper.
