Kinda expected since the cs is rare and almost double the money. What I don't get is customer cars are arriving and not a single journalist reviews of the CS yet. Would love to see what Harris thinks of the car. Any review would be great actually from the YouTubers

Question.

Does the CS have full leather and the HK sound system?

Couldn’t find any info on this.

I am about to call my dealer and place a deposit on the newly announced M4 CS, but this will still be my daily.

I know the CSL does not have full leather interior and has a few speakers removed. HK is bad enough, I don’t want to step down to the base system.

Yes to both. The HK isnt great as you said - im coming from audi B&O. HK is a step down for sure

How is the interior road noise? My standard G82 is just on the side of bareable (to me). I’m guessing the weight reduction adds a bit to the ambient noise in the cabin?

Last week I finish to install PPF and to apply ceramic coating on the car…. and the first 2 mods… 😊😅

I coded my headlight with Yellow DRL always ON (and with 100% brightness) during daylight use, because in EU cars the led are yellow only during welcome animation and with laser light On (and more or less at 50% brightness)… in EU cars with daylight use switch in White!!
I post a picture with the result 😍

I attached 2 red stripes on the side skirts identical the read stripes of the M4 CSL, before apply PPF e coatings… I post a picture after attaching them…

Yesterday I used the car for the first time on the road… 200km driving slowly for the break in period… I notice a very good feeling with the steering… seems a good inprovment from base G8x Xdrive, but to understand better I need to wait to finish the break in!

I will post more pics shortly with the result of the glossy finish with the ceramic coating!

Last days I spent time to ask to anyone to code DRL yellow always On and ultimately I done it by myself… it’s not exactly my work but I asked to bimmecode (by email) and other well-known bmw coding services online and all answered me that actually it’s not possible to code Yellow DRL always ON.

So I worked on it for 2-3 evening after my work and I found the solution (not so simple… it’s not properly only a different coding but there is a solution)… if someone interested or need it please write me in p.m. and eventually I can do it in remote.

Where did you get those red strips? I think that would look pretty sweet on my white CS that’s in it’s way.

I take measurements from a M4 CSL and the guys that install me PPF cut the red stripes with plotter and install on side skirt before put PPF… they have done a superb work!!

I’m really torn at the moment.

I’ve potentially got the option to change my allocation to a different allocation going from BSM to BG.

I did want BG originally but I kind of set myself up for having black, now I’m stuck.

If anything, I want the car that’s going to look most aggressive.

Any thoughts?

Go with what you love. Black will look more aggressive imho against the red accents but BG isn’t a bad color either.
