In the U.S., you can't order anything online. You have to go through an independent dealer. Only Tesla, as far as I know, allows for online ordering.

Are you referring to the "build your own" feature on bmwusa.com? If so, BMWUSA is very slow to update this feature. Fiona was a delayed introduction, although has been able to be ordered for some time. Why are they slow? No idea.

The 2022 AWD and M4 convertibles aren't listed at all (bmwusa.com still has the F83 listed for the M4 convertible!!).
