I’ve driven all varieties of stock DCT tuning on the F8x platform (Comp, CS and GTS). Maybe BoB will offer me a 5 min drive, who knows…

Cool stuff! I live in the area as well and have been on summit main a few times.
Sure it was a blast - will you be attending any other events at summit point? BMW cca has a couple coming up as well as pca Potomac with their Shenandoah event in June. Jordan |

I am attending the BMWCCA's May event at Summit Point, then the July event with the PCA and very likely again with the PCA at the end of season in October. I hope we'll get to meet in one of these events

Where did you stay at when you went to Summit. Vir was wet today, and 46 degrees. Yesterday was better with sun shine and 57 degrees.

I am only 50 mis. away from SP, so I just drive back-n-forth each day, and not stay at a hotel. I am not sure where most stay though. I think you can ask the question on Discord and get a reply pretty fast. I have been following the VIR event on Discord, I wish I was there even in the wet.

It was a learning experience. I had Goodyear Supercar3 285/35/18 and 295/30/20 on. Superman effect doesn't work so great in wet and 47 degrees; but good to learn the limits. Then I drove 4 hours on them back to the house in the rain, no drama.

Amazing post. Thanks for sharing.
Waiting for my M3 CS to arrive, and going to my second trackday in a few days, with my wife's M4 CX Convertible. Curious about your statement below: Care to elaborate? Is this a mod or some DIY trick? Any link? Thanks |

I am sure you will have tremendous fun with the M4, and then the CS will likely blow your mind at the track There is no trick to cooling the brakes, just some parts: https://www.speedengineering.de/prod...2-komplettset/ They have a video of it as well, and this is how it looks on my car:
