Received damaged GTS tail lights. Kevin and his wonderful customer service team dodge emails, take days to reply, and then avoid the subject matter.

Stay far away from BimmerPlug folks.

Kevin can enjoy my BBB complaint, my bank dispute chargeback, and the nice letter from my attorney going out next week.

Having spent a good deal of money across all the major distributors, KIES, Autotecknic, IND, etc., Bimmer Plug has been the only one with a problem.

While they are horrible dropping BBB is the same as leaving a bad review on yellow pages. Useless and outdated since the invention of the internet.

Get a platinum Amex or better. You ALWAYS get your money back even with preorder non refundable situations.

I agree with you but it’s important to make others aware. Google reviews, BBB, here, social media. It’s not about me it’s about helping others avoid this company and the potential headaches. Already disputed with my bank and I know they will take care of it.

It’s unfortunate because none of this will affect how Kevin runs his company but this isn’t just negligence. I firmly believe there is a purposeful, fraudulent component to this business and I will always 100% of the time fight for my rights as a consumer to receive the expected quality of a product I purchased.
