Fingers crossed for this week. Still have an open work order since 4/22 but no additional details from Genius today other than I was tentative to go to transport on 4/27 but that slipped. Expecting it was a delay in MP HAS parts since other forum folks going thru Bayonne had similar issues over the past few weeks, but have since had their work orders closed out last week after 2 - 3 weeks delay for the HAS.

I would say that we are in the same boat, but we aren't on the boat anymore! I guess I will say we are stuck in the same prison. My work order for HAS install has been open since 4/23, at the Bayonne port (Port Jersey VPC), and also had a tentative transport date of 4/28. But as of this morning still have open work order. Hopefully we get out of prison soon.....

called genius, my port installed options were completed today (car eye pro 3.0 and alcantara arm rest). its just waiting to be assigned a truck to take it to the dealer

I've been at the Baltimore port since last week. Scheduled to be in VPC Friday. Called genius today and they are saying I'm scheduled to leave VPC on the 1st but that may slip. Dealer was hoping it would be in tomorrow, but that isn't happening. No port installed options. I feel like this is worse than the ship ride over.

I was told yesterday that they got more cars in than normal and that's why there was a delay. Reach out to your SA they might have more info. Genius told me they didn't know when I was going to be out of VPC, but the dealer text me an hour later saying I was waiting to be assigned a carrier.

My car was on the Polaris Highway with yours. It unloaded on Thursday/Friday in Baltimore and got on a truck to Indianapolis sometime over the weekend. The car was delivered to the dealer Monday morning. I’m picking it up this afternoon. Others have said it can take a week though. I may have just gotten lucky.

Yeah I'll reach out again. Last I heard from my SA was that he'd update me as soon as more info was available. But that was when Polaris Highway docked.

Try genius again for sure. I just did and they said I was released to carrier and scheduled to leave Baltimore tomorrow.

Thanks for the recommendation. Just called genius and they said it left VPC yesterday and scheduled to leave on transport tomorrow as well. That's good news!

That's interesting. I'm assuming this is incorrect. It went from at the port to at the dealership.
