UPDATE: seems that it is acidic rim cleaner. Any tips on how to get this off?

I ran my 2024 X1 through the car wash at the dealership and well, when I got home a day later I noticed some white speckles on the active grill when it’s closed.

Anyone know how I can get this off? I tried to scrub a little off with water and it’s not budging.
