Paint damage / any ideas?

I came out to my car looking like this. I live in a complex and park in a parking lot by the way. Any ideas what could have done this?

Top me this looks like someone played a bad joke and sprayed your door handle with some blue/purple graffiti color…

Try using rubbing alcohol to remove it and see if it comes off.

What's with the water droplets, was it raining?

I would highly recommend getting a dashcam if you live in a complex.

No I park in my spot but it's so weird. The stain doesn't show at night even with a flashlight on it, it only shows during the daylight

Yes it was raining but also, the moment I noticed it I tried to pressure wash it off. It only shows with daylight, not at night even with a flashlight on it

That's what I thought but it has no texture it feels like the paint. It doesn't show at night even with flashlight, only during daylight

Hmm…that is very strange then, could be some UV color, but if there is no texture, no idea

Wonder if it's fluid from a glow stick? That sucks. All I hear, in my head, when I see something like this, are the voices that tell me that my full body PPF isn't worth the cost. Something like this always solidifies my $7,000 decision.
