Great thread guys.....helped a lot to see what color wheels would look best on Dravit (silver vs. black). I ended up going with black on my Dravit F95 X5M Comp due to the pics on this thread. The different color threads on the M3/M4 forum are a jewel of this website for sure....

Congratulations on getting your car and its sharp. Love my Dravit grey and am scheduled for PPF on Monday. I have 900 miles so far and wish the weather would change so I can really enjoy it.

I'm done with my build. Front PPF, 5 year Feynlab self healing ceramic, interior ceramic covering the Silverstone, AST springs, 10 mm spacers front and back, Burger air intakes. Every time I approach the car is a surprise depending how the light hits it. Brown, olive, non metallic, dark grey.

I have a question on interior color with the Dravit Grey -- specifically does Tartufo go well with DG?

I am hopefully getting my allocation in the next week or two.

So far I am at:

- Dravit Grey
- standard blue calipers (because tradition, it adds some color, but understated)
- 826 bi-color wheels
- Tartufo (standard)
- CF interior trim

Does anyone have experience with Tartufo in Dravit Grey cars? Does it work? Is it a good combination? Or not?

Unfortunately I am not crazy about any of the other interior colors. I prefer tan interiors, and Tartufo seems like a relatively neutral leather color.

I am thinking that the DG will look aggressive, but the bi-color 826's and Tartufo will add a bit of "high performance luxury car" class to the car while still looking bad ass.

Here you go. I like it but I went with fiona. Normal seats for vented and neck warmer.

Edit : The more I look at it the more I like it. Didn't even consider it before.

Before I was ready to pull the trigger on even getting in line for an M3, we saw an 8 series convertible in DG with Tartufo. Because we really weren’t ready to commit, I didn’t give it much thought and didn’t take any pics. My recollection was it looked good, but it was a missed opportunity for us to really examine it in person.

I am interested in as much validation as the forum can offer.

I think things will get serious for me in the next week or so if I get an allocation!

And at the risk of starting an unrelated controversy, I prefer mahogany or cordovan shoes and belt with a gray suit. I think black looks too plain and stark.

So gray suit, cordovan shoes and belt, white shirt, blue tie. It’s one of my favorite combinations for the courtroom.

I do not think that a true brown goes well with grey. So I am hoping the tones of Tartufo do complement the grey.
